Quality Inn & Suites Greenville near downtown

I would give this place a solid 4 stars! To start, the area felt plenty safe. Maybe it gets rougher in warmer weather but I visited in December and did not see any homeless people or anyone who made me feel unsafe. The parking lot is well lit and the homes in the area seem very upscale. It is not walking distance to the city but it is a very short drive. We were close to everything we needed! It shares a parking lot with a nicely renovated Taco Bell. The beds and room were comfy and updated. Room felt safe and had good temperature. The only downsides were that the shower could use a renovation and repaint. It would also be nice to have a cover on the peep hole in the door. The parking lot does not have a ton of spots either. It is very close to an intersection so you do hear a loud car here and there. I had earplugs and it wasn’t an issue. For the price we paid, this was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again

Only negative was the breakfast offerings which were waffles, muffins, yogurts and apples... but for the price it was a good stay.

So far pretty good remodel it seems. I must have gotten a better room because I am a diamond choice member. But even the AC filter was the fullest of any I've ever seen. I noticed because it started smelling funny. So I cleaned them.

Had a great experience here. The staff was really friendly and attentive and the owner was hands on, making sure all of the guests were having a great experience. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. Excellent value, and great location. Highly recommend.

Rooms appear to be recently renovated with lots of space, outlets, and nice furnishings. Bathroom is small, but has new fixtures. Showerhead in tub is water saving with spray selection. Room has microwave and small refrigerator but no freezer compartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but had all the essentials we were looking for.

I came here to visit a friend that's staying a few days because she lives in West Minister, over an hour away, I came down to the lobby to inform the young man behind the desk (Michael) about another room that has some issues with it, Michael is absolutely one of the nicest people working here!! I wish everyone at these motels were like Michael, he has made this visit enjoyable! Thank you, Michael, I hope your manager reads this because you deserve a raise and most definitely the recognition!! Rooms are nice and clean the lobby is very nice.
